If you reach out to us, expect a response within one business day. Usually sooner.

During Our First Conversation

This is not a screening call. It's a strategy session.

We'll ask about where you've been and what you've built. Where you're headed and what would make a move worth it. What kind of organization, culture, and leadership environment brings out your best. Compensation realities — we talk numbers early, not as an afterthought.

We'll also be honest. If we don't have a search that aligns with your goals right now, we'll tell you. If we do, we'll explain exactly what the opportunity looks like and why we thought of you.

You'll never leave a conversation wondering where you stand.

Throughout the Process

No ghosting. Period.

If you're in an active search with us, you'll hear from us regularly — even when there's no update. Silence is the default in this industry. We refuse to be the default.

Your information stays confidential. We never share your name, resume, or interest with a company without your explicit permission. Every search starts with "Would you like to hear about an opportunity?" — never "We already sent your resume."

If You're Not the Right Fit

We'll tell you. Respectfully. Directly.

And we'll tell you why — not in a way that diminishes you, but in a way that helps you. Maybe the timing isn't right. Maybe the role needs something different. Maybe there's another opportunity coming that fits better.

Either way, you'll know. And you'll stay in our network for the next conversation.

What We Ask in Return

  • Be honest about where you are. If you're not interested, say so. If you're deep in another process, tell us. We can work with the truth.
  • Respond when you can. We know you're busy. A quick "not now" is better than silence.
  • Trust the process. We've been doing this for over 20 years. The questions we ask, the pace we set — it's all designed to get the right outcome, not the fastest one.
