Discovery — Week 1

Market Mapping — Weeks 1-3
We don't post and pray.
The HR leader who will transform your organization is not checking job boards. So we build a market map of every professional who fits your profile — across your industry, adjacent industries, and companies known for developing strong HR talent. We review hundreds of profiles. We reach out through existing relationships. We cold-call leaders who aren't looking. Your company name stays confidential until a candidate expresses genuine interest.

Evaluation — Weeks 2-6
Credentials are table stakes. We evaluate everything else.
Every candidate who moves forward is assessed against six dimensions: Capability, Communication, Stability, Leadership potential, Cultural alignment, and Character. We don't forward stacks of resumes. We forward insight: what we learned, what to probe, and why this person could be your next great hire.

Alignment & Close — Weeks 3-8
Getting to yes is a two-way street.
We manage the full interview process — scheduling, interview prep for both sides, real-time feedback after every conversation, references that go deeper than "would you rehire this person?", and compensation negotiation that lands. We also prep your offer. Because the best candidates often have options. We make sure yours is the one they choose.
Partnership — Year 1
Our work doesn't stop at the start date.
We stay connected at Week 1, Day 30, Day 90, Month 6, and Year 1. If something isn't working, we catch it early. If it's working, we make sure it stays that way.
